Our Research Study on Amino Acid Therapy
At TT Medical Clinic, we are conducting a mixed-methodology prospective observational study to explore the effects of amino acid therapy on both skin health and emotional well-being. Using a 3D Visage face scanner, we are objectively measuring physical changes in skin quality, while also assessing participants’ emotional and self-esteem responses to treatment. By combining clinical data with psychological insights, this study aims to enhance our understanding of how aesthetic treatments impact confidence and well-being. The findings will help professionals better counsel and support clients, ensuring a more holistic, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine.

This study is now full recruited for clients and underway, we anticipate publishing in Autumn 2025.
Developing support for HIW Registrations
We are working to develop and mature our business support service for fellow clinics looking to register with Health Inspectorate Wales for using lasers. We seek to provide a service which helps Professionals navigate the application process and develop the governance arrangements to demonstrate they are safe and legally compliant service providers.
